Family news

Jordan and Clara are happily married. They enjoyed a wonderful cruise for their honeymoon although they did have to dodge a hurricane. They have a nice little apartment in Bangor and are working hard.

On a more depressing note, Jason's Grandfather (his dad's dad) has been diagnosed with advanced esophogial (sp?) cancer. He is schedualed for intense radiation and chemo therapy starting next week. Please keep him in prayer. Yet the news is not all bad. The Lord has used these trying few weeks to draw Jason's grandfather closer to Him and with the assistance of Jason's parent's pastor Jason's grandfather accepted Christ as his savior. AMEN.

Caleb is now over 6 months old. He refuses to sit up on his own because he would much rather stand (of course he still requires a little assistance to maintain his balance but he can bear his own weight). He just had his 6 month check up. He is still only in the 25th percentile, a small little guy, weighing in at 14 pounds 12.5 ounces and 25 inches long. He has grown very fond of Barkley (our dog) and gets very excited anytime their paths cross.
