Mom Donated Her Hair
Mom has been wanting to donate her hair for a while now. Since October is breast cancer awareness month she thought it would be extra fitting to do it now. So we had a really fun day when Mom decided to cut her hair. We drove a long way to her friends Crystal's house and Owen and I got to play all day with our friends - Crystal has two kids - while Mom and Crystal and fun talking and doing hair.

10 inches for women with cancer! You can donate too. See www. beautifullenghts.com. It takes six ponytails to make one wig so they need lots of volunteers. Minimum length to donate is 8 inches.
The final result. Mom hair has never been this short but she says hair grows. She likes her short hair, but maybe she will grow it long so she can do it again!

Your hair looks great, Amanda! Good job! I should have donated mine a year ago when I cut it short because I had 8 inches, but I thought I had to have 12. Rats!
I'll post a belly picture in a week, right before my 22-week ultrasound. Miss you!
Love,
Amy
