Surgery Today

I have been so busy playing with all my new toys that I haven't had time to write much recently. I do have lots of news to share with you. I turned two years old two days ago!! Mom and Dad say that I am going to get to have cake and ice cream with some of my buddies next week when we celebrate. I am very excited for that.
Today I had PE tubes put in my ears. Mom had taken me to see a different ENT last week. That doctor said that although I didn't have an ear infection I did have fluid in both ears. I did a hearing test, and now they tell me that I am not hearing as well as I should. Mom and Dad and the doctor decided that I should get the tubes. So this morning I got the tubes put in. I was a star patient. I didn't cry at all when I came back from recovery and the nurses bragged on me. They told Dad and Mom that when they took off my oxygen mask and put on the bed next to me I picked it up and held if on my face! I got to ride around in a wagon and wear a doctor's hat. It was a lot of fun.
